Our predecessor company, Teague Industries, LP, has been involved in the electric and utility construction industry since 1949 and is now in its third generation of family management.  Located in north Texas, Teague Industries has been a leader in underground and overhead utilities installation and associated services.

As the State of Texas moved close to signing legislation to deregulate the sale of electricity, Teague Industries saw the opportunity to further expand its business lines by adding an energy consulting company.  Thus, the creation of TES Energy Services, LP.

From the January 1, 2002 effective date of deregulation, TES has forged relationships with all of the major Retail Electric Providers (Rep's) along with a number of other groups providing various forms of energy related services.

More importantly, TES has been chosen by literally hundreds of customers to serve as their exclusive energy consultant.

TES represents a wide variety of energy consumers including manufacturing, storage and distribution, governmental agencies, private recreational clubs, public and private schools, general office and retail space, restaurants, automobile dealerships and many other types of businesses.

TES provides a unique aggregation product to employee groups and homeowner associations.
