TES History, Overview and Summary of Services :
Our
predecessor company, Teague Industries, LP, has been
involved in the electric and utility construction industry
since 1949 and is now in its third generation of family
management. Located in north Texas, Teague Industries
has been a leader in underground and overhead utilities
installation and associated services. |

As the State of Texas moved closer to signing legislation
to deregulate the sale of electricity, Teague Industries
saw the opportunity to further expand its business lines
by adding an energy consulting component. Thus, the
creation of TES Energy Services.

From
the January 1, 2002, effective date of deregulation,
TES Energy Services has forged relationships with
all of the major Retail Electric Providers along with
a number of other groups providing various forms of
energy related services. More importantly, TES Energy
Services has been chosen by literally hundreds of customers
to serve as their exclusive energy consultant. They
represent a wide variety of energy consumers including
manufacturing, storage and distribution, governmental
agencies, private recreational clubs, public and private
schools, general office and retail space, restaurants,
automobile dealerships and many other types of businesses.
TES also provides a unique aggregation product to employee
groups and homeowner associations.
In addition to the Teague Family Members, the needs
of the customers are serviced by a staff composed of
seasoned energy experts, a number of which were previously
associated with the old regulated monopolies and several
of the newly created Retail Electric Providers. Unlike
many firms that rely on inexperienced sales representatives
to contact and service customers, TES Energy Services
employs only those individuals that possess the time-tested
skills necessary to guide the customer through the complexities
associated with procuring energy and monitoring of pricing
fluctuations for the successful renewal or extension
of their energy contracts..
